לבין:

השוכר דנה לוי ת.ז 987654321 (להלן: "השוכר") מצד שני.

1. הואיל

והמשכיר הוא הבעלים של דירת מגורים ברחוב רוטשילד, מס' 12, קומה 3, בעיר תל אביב (להלן: "הדירה" או "המושכר");

והואיל והשוכר מעוניין לשכור את המושכר מהמשכיר, והמשכיר מעוניין להשכיר את המושכר לשוכר, הכל בהתאם לתנאים המפורטים בהסכם זה;

2. תקופת השכירות ודמי השכירות

2.1 תקופת השכירות הינה החל מיום 01/06/2026 ועד ליום 31/05/2027 (להלן: "תקופת השכירות").

2.2 דמי השכירות החודשיים הינם 6,500 ₪ (במילים: ששת אלפים וחמש מאות שקלים חדשים), אשר ישולמו על-ידי השוכר למשכיר ב-1 לכל חודש קלנדרי.

3. בטוחות וערבויות

השוכר מפקיד במעמד חתימת חוזה זה בידי בעל הדירה את המסמכים כדלקמן: שטר חוב חתום בנוסח המצורף לחוזה זה כנספח ד' לטובת בעל הדירה ו/או כתב ערבות חתום בנוסח המצורף לחוזה זה כנספח ג'. לכתב הערבות יצורף צילום תעודת זהות.
